Final 2008 Meeting
Book Club (Re-scheduled from February)

We attempted to hold a WMS-STC book club meeting in February, but unfortunately, our Michigan winter weather did not cooperate. Hopefully, April weather will be more accommodating! Let’s try again!

• Where: Media1, Grand Haven.
• Topic: “Letting Go of the Words” by Ginny Redish
• When: Wednesday, April 30th.
               6:00pm to 6:30pm – Networking & Food
               6:30 to 7:45 – Book Discussion
               7:45 to 8:15 – Q&A with the author!
• Registration: Send by Monday, April 28th an email with your name and contact information to Jill Bornemeier at jbornemeier@gmail.com
• Food: Pizza!
• Cost: $10 for students, $15 for members, $25 for non-members, $10 for program only

Description: If you need to give your family and friends a great gift idea, ask for a copy of Letting Go of the Words, by Ginny Redish. This book provides useful advice on how to write web content that users will actually read! Her advice fits more than web-based content, too! Her tips are applicable to most of the work we do.
